It is 2 DOM, Bank REO (Real Estate Owned). Although this is the lowest priced residence for sale, there is a LOT of fixing up to do on this property.
The lowest priced TMK 4-2 land for sale,is at 2-4196 Kaumualii Hwy. This 9,975 square feet property is asking $149,00 and is 86 DOM.
