Recent statistics as of August 30, 2010 showed that Koloa real estate ytd number of sales increased by 56.41% for residential properties as compared to August 30, 2009. Condo sales increased by 47.06% and vacant land sales increased by 73.33%.
Ytd median sales prices as of August 30, 2010 , for Koloa residential properties was $477,500, an increase of .53% from last year. Condos $443,000, a decrease of 15.62% from last year, Land $250,000, no change from last year.

Kauai Marathon
Kauai Marathon 2010 happens on Sunday, September 5, 2010. Click on the link above to view the course maps and elevation profiles for both the full and half marathon course as well as FAQ's.
On Sunday, September 5, traffic will flow in and around the Koloa, Poipu, Lawai and Kalaheo areas. Anyone travelling in and through these areas from 5:00am to 2:30pm should allow extra time and proceed with caution.
