What does that mean, Tim?

It means that Kennedy Wilson negotiated with the Buyers to raise their “winning bid” somewhere closer to KW’s reserve price.  That information is not public, so we won’t find out what it sold for until the property closes in about 2 months.

What do I do now?

Call me if you want to make an offer on the remaining “Nohea” model, or if you need any help in purchasing a home on Kauai.

Whether it’s an auction or any other property of interest, you’ll want a knowledgeable agent to represent you as you’re deciding to make your dream home purchase.

Aloha, Tim
