POIPU SANDS 621 - OPEN HOUSE TODAY

OPEN HOUSE- Poipu Sands 621
 Ocean and Mountain views
One of a kind unit. This second floor unit has no adjoining units on any side, it really "feels" like a single family home! Unit 621 was created in 2004 and is a two bedroom two bath unit with a unique floor plan like no other in Poipu Sands. Mountain view from the Kitchen, cool trade winds, pool and greenbelt view from the lanai.

The owners have upgraded this unit with granite, new cabinets, furniture and all the upgrades that you would expect in a luxury condominium. This is a turn key purchase.

Currently in a vacation rental program with good returns.

And even if you're not interested in this condo, come visit and "talk story" with me anyway.  Always enjoy the company!!

Kauai Golf Comes To The Fore – TravelAge West

Kauai Golf Comes To The Fore – TravelAge West

The golf community on Kauai are entertained by a wide range of golf courses on the island. Indeed there is one common factor, all of them have breathtaking views which provide for a time of relaxation and excitement, all in one course!  Kauai's golf courses are definitely an asset to our tourist industry.  I've gotten to meet a lot of wonderful people on the course.

Tsunami hits Kona

Last night's Kauai tsunami warning ends in an "all clear" this morning

All clear issued for Oahu as daybreak brings reports of tsunami damage
(StarAdvertiser link above)

Tsunami warning was cancelled this morning. Damages to Kauai are very minimal, if any. Today is a beautiful day....it is not your normal sunny day with tropical tradewinds. It is actually kinda cooler than usual for this time of year, overcast and raining intermittently....but today is a beautiful day! God was merciful on Hawaii...on Kauai!

Big Island earthquake

A 4.6 earthquake struck off the Big Island Thursday night.
It happened at 10:58 p.m. on the south flank of Kilauea volcano.
No major damage was reported.

Kauai schools open as tsunami holding areas - Hawaii News Now - KGMB and KHNL Home

An earthquake with a magnitude of 8.9 in the region of Honshu Japan has generated a tsunami watch for the island of Kauai. News reports claim this to be the worst earthquake to hit Japan. We are currently in a tsunami watch. It is 1:37am, the tsunami is expected to hit at 3:07am. Kauai is expected to be the first Hawaiian island hit by the tsunami. The attached link provides information for those who are needing a place to stay while waiting out the tsunami watch.

It is quiet and dark outside. Many people have moved up to higher ground. Cellphones and phone land lines are down. Our only mode of communication right now is via the internet. We await the tides. I pray God's mercy on Kauai.

Change

It’s not always easy to change. However, change is inevitable.

These decisions don’t come easy when the only reason for change is because you just know deep in your gut, that it is time to move on. That safe and comfortable are not the ingredients for growth. Kinda like going away to college.

I respect Tim’s decision to take the road less traveled. To put his faith and hope in the God whom he serves. I have already received the benefits. Everything else is extra.

Respectfully,

Lynn
