Prince Kuhio festivities start on March 15, 2014

Prince Kuhio Day is a statewide holiday, and Poipu will host the start of the 2-week long Prince Kuhio festivities.   An artisan fair at Poipu Beach Park on March 15, Saturday, from 9:00am-3:00pm begins the annual celebration of events.  Festivities include a rodeo, hawaiian culture classes, luaus, long distance canoe race, hawaiian entertainment and ends on March 29, with a beach day celebration at Anahola Beach Park.
