"Wainani at Poipu" has just announced it's NEW REDUCED prices.
They are calling it their "Summer Stimulus Pricing". Prices on all standing inventory have been reduced 30 to 40 percent. I used to work at Wainani when they were not quite ready to accept the reduced price offers some of my customers wanted to put in. But the tide has turned. These home packages offer some awesome turn-key luxury Kiahuna golf course property options. One drawback is that these homes are closely built. However, nothing that proper landscaping can't fix. I personally love the feel of the layout of some of the models. The ocean blues on the makai side and the open green space looking mauka.
